Pt.1 Shower

Shower

Start by washing your hair. I wouldn't recommend washing your hair everyday, but if you need to, that is perfectly fine. Whatever is best for your hair! But when you don't wash your hair make sure to use dry shampoo. When you wash your hair make sure to use a shampoo and conditioner that is good for your hair and smells good. You can also use a hair mask every once and awhile! I would recommend putting conditioner on just your ends if you have straight hair to keep your hair less oily, but if you have curly hair I would recommend putting conditioner on your roots for extra moisture. Then of course rinse it all out. I would recommend using warm water to wash your hair because hot water is very damaging to your hair. Then you can put your hair in a claw clip, so your hair and body wash don't mix!

 

Next is your body. I use an African net sponge to wash my body but a washcloth is fine too! Just please do NOT use a loofah, because bacteria and mold can get trapped in there. Make sure to use an unscented bar soap after washing your hair so all your shampoo and conditioner can get off your back and neck and anywhere else. It also just foams up and gets all that dirt and sweat off from that day. If you're planning to shave, exfoliate your body with a body scrub. Using a scrub before you shave can get a closer and  smoother shave, reduce risk of razor burn and ingrown hairs, and improve skin texture. Then use a shaving cream, shaving oil or even a conditioner just NEVER use only water. But if you're not shaving just skip those steps. Then use a scented body wash, so you can smell good! duh…  

Then after your shower do your hair care if you have any! Then put on body oil and body lotion. You don't necessarily need body oil but it helps you smell so so so so good. If you're showering in the morning, put on  deodorant, but if you're showering at night you don't need to put any on (unless you sweat a lot in your sleep). You can spray a body mist on to make sure you smell very delicious. But after thank you should be good to go!
